Hi Derek,
Thanks so much for all you do at the LMC with your open mic.
It took me a long time to come out and play and I'm so glad I had a chance to play with Kerri on Friday night.
She forwarded me the recording. Man I have tears in my eyes listening to it.
Honestly...I Totally have tears every time I hear this and Ive played it over and over for 3 hours.
I can't believe I had the chance to do this and that you captured it in a beautiful recording.
This was a very first for me !!!!!!
So again I thank you so much for the opportunity. I will be playing regularly in the New Year.

Nancy and I just wanted to express our most sincere appreciation to you for the fabulous job you did in helping David and his guys put on a great show the other night. We know it wasn't the easiest job you've ever done, what with the in house system etc. but we've had several compliments from both people who attended the show as well as the band on the great sound quality.
You really helped us out of a pinch and I hope that you'd be interested in helping us out with future shows if you're available.
Again, thanks so much and it was definitely a pleasure working with you.

Hey DeRoK, thanks for playing my song on your program. i like to write, it's therapeutic. I really look up to you for hosting the LMC open mic night and am amazed that you have recorded so much in the field and have met so many songwriters. i hope your dedication in the music scene never dies, man. thanks for doing what you do and being who you are. it means a lot to people like me. i don't get out much anymore and really should. You inspire me to keep trying to get back up on the stage. i think that's the most important thing in the music community, inspiration and getting folks out of their shell. you have a passion for music and are a great host and it shows.
thanks, for the encouragement, eh!
in turn, i really like your song Boom Boom Boom. work that one out, man. it's really got something.

Hi DeRok,
What a road it's been for all of us. Each of us getting out of our LMC experience something in relation to our level of involvement. You contributed in so many ways and I'm so thankful for your invaluable help...especially when I needed it most.
As each need or opportunity arose you said yes to that challenge and I applaud your courage. You have so much to be proud of.
I can literally say you did every job that there was at LMC...and lots in the broader music community.
You did them well too. I wish you all the best in all of your future endeavours and in all this life has to offer.
Thank you,
Pete
